Whats up, Mike. I notice you took off the money back garantee label and the toll free number. Did it got out of control? I wonder if with the brand getting big too many people were asking for refund and you were getting too many unecessary calls. I wanna know if you still recommend it.
Another question is: Do you think that offering both leases, exclusives and customs is a good type of bussiness when it comes to long term? My concern is that when offering leases where I dont have control over the rest of the production, I may flood the internet with bad recordings and poor masterings with my brand’s name on it, causing a bad impression for potential clients. Do you think it should be a concern?
And lastly I’ll like to know what do you use to hold the files of the track out sale. Where do you place the splitted files, mp3 and contract on a way that is sent automaticallly with the purchase?
Hey, the toll free number was getting a bit out of control, we had so many phone calls that were just people wanting to talk to us, get free beats, or had some sort of inquiry that was not related to the beats at all. I wouldn’t recommend the phone number unless you can pay for phone support or if you have a very small amount of traffic.
The money back guarantee is a good idea, I don’t think you need to have a big image on your site, just something small. But it has never caused a problem, we never get a bunch of people asking for refunds and if they do we give them 100% refund.
